Welcome Committee

Introducing the Welcome Committee: Your Gateway to a Thriving Scientific Community!

We are delighted to introduce the Welcome Committee, an integral part of our scientific association dedicated to supporting and welcoming new members to our department. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and enriching transition for all incoming scientific staff, fostering a sense of belonging and helping them navigate the vibrant world of ETH and D-ERDW.

As part of the Welcome Committee, our dedicated team of volunteers is here to provide guidance, assistance, and a warm welcome to newcomers. We understand that starting a new position can be both exciting and overwhelming, which is why we are committed to helping new scientific staff settle in, connect with peers, and become familiar with the unique ETH environment.

From organizing orientation sessions and departmental tours to offering practical advice on administrative procedures and ETH resources, we are here to ensure that every new member feels supported and empowered from day one. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive community where everyone can thrive both personally and professionally.

Join us in building lasting connections and fostering a sense of camaraderie among our scientific community. Together, we can make the transition to ETH a seamless and rewarding experience for all. If you are a new member of our department or interested in becoming part of our Welcome Committee, please reach out to us. We look forward to helping you embark on your ETH D-ERDW journey!
